The Digital Campus is being developed as an information/education resource and a virtual organization for professionals in education and youth development, as well as a portal for access to excellent youth education/youth development programs created with collaborating partners. All youth programs are designed to foster citizenship skills for a changing environment and workforce skills for a changing economy.

Digital Campus programs include software functions that support
- interactive program design and development
- project-based service learning
- work-based learning
- customized learning - Multiple Intelligence theory in practice
- program monitoring and evaluation
- data gathering for research
- career pathing options with tracking.
The primary target populations for youth programs are high school age youth from low-income, minority, and immigrant families as well as those adults that influence them or participate in programs that support them.
